英語を学びたい

Native speaker of Chinese, Japanese level with translation skills, independent translation of Japanese literature and communication skills. But I want to improve my language speed and reflexes. At present, I am learning English, and my goal is to learn how to read literature independently(newspapers and periodicals
).
I welcome international friends who like to read articles and newspapers. The current research scope is sociology, statistics.
